Data Analytics Engineer - Techno Functional Role
– NY/Alpharetta (Hybrid 3 days onsite)
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to define key metrics, KPIs, and data requirements.
- Design, build, and maintain efficient data pipelines and ETL processes to support analytics and reporting.
- Translate complex datasets into clear, business-oriented insights and recommendations.
- Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and visualizations.
- Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and governance across platforms.
- Conduct deep-dive analyses to uncover trends, risks, and opportunities.
- Partner with data scientists, product managers, and business teams to support strategic initiatives.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data Engineering, Statistics, or a related field.
- 8+ years of experience in data engineering and analytics roles.
- Strong proficiency in SQL & Analytics tools.
- Proven experience in financial services and wealth management domains, with expertise in stock plans, financial data, Crypto, and related business processes.
- Hands-on experience with data warehousing solutions such as Snowflake.
- Solid understanding of data modeling, architecture, and governance principles.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
Preferred Skills
- Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP).
- Familiarity with Analytics tools such as Dataiku etc.
