Base Pay: $31.00-$40.40 per hour (based on experience)
Shift: 3:00 PM-11:00 PM
Evening Shift Differential: +$2.00/hour weekdays | +$2.75/hour weekends

Join the Nursing Team at Park Manor
Park Manor Health & Rehabilitation is seeking a compassionate and dependable Registered Nurse (RN) Charge Nurse to join our evening shift nursing team.
As an RN Charge Nurse, you'll provide hands-on nursing care, coordinate resident care during your shift, and provide clinical leadership and support to the nursing team.
Responsibilities
  • Provide direct nursing care and coordinate resident care during the assigned shift.
  • Administer medications and treatments according to physician orders.
  • Assess residents and promptly respond to changes in condition.
  • Supervise and support LPNs and CNAs.
  • Maintain accurate and timely nursing documentation.
  • Communicate with residents, families, physicians, and the interdisciplinary care team.
  • Follow infection prevention, safety, and regulatory requirements.
Qualifications
  • Current Alabama Registered Nurse (RN) license in good standing - REQUIRED.
  • Current CPR/BLS certification.
  • Charge Nurse experience preferred.
  • Skilled nursing, rehabilitation, long-term care, or post-acute care experience preferred.
  • Strong clinical assessment, communication, and leadership skills.
