As an Apartment Maintenance Technician, you will play a key role in maintaining the overall appearance, functionality, and safety of residential properties. The ideal candidate is hands-on, dependable, and capable of assisting with a variety of maintenance tasks and apartment turnovers.

• Pay Rate: $19.00 per hour
• Location: Indianapolis, IN 46032
• Schedule: Full-time, Monday through Friday
• Start Date: Immediate openings available

• Complete routine maintenance work orders
• Assist with apartment make-readies and unit turns
• Perform basic repairs and troubleshooting
• Support property maintenance operations as needed
• Maintain a clean, safe, and professional work environment
• Ensure vacant units are prepared for new residents

• Previous apartment maintenance or general maintenance experience preferred
• Ability to perform basic repair and maintenance tasks
• Strong attention to detail and reliability
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Must be able to lift, bend, and perform physical maintenance duties
• Must have a reliable vehicle and dependable transportation
• Ability to start work immediately
