At Always Best Care Senior Services - Greater West Houston, we provide compassionate, high-quality in-home care for seniors and individuals who need support with daily living activities. We take pride in delivering care that promotes personal dignity, safety, and emotional well-being.
As a trusted care provider in the Greater West Houston area, we are currently seeking dedicated caregivers to support an active client case in Houston, TX (77066).
These positions are for an active case and require basic one-on-one care.
Location
Greater West Houston
Current Need: Houston, TX 77066
Shift Schedule
  • Monday & Friday: 9:00 AM - 2:00 PM
  • Wednesday: 9:00 AM - 3:00 PM
Type of Care
Basic one-on-one in-home care.
Responsibilities
• Follow the care plan outlined by a supervisor to assist with daily living activities
• Provide companionship and ensure client safety
• Assist with meal preparation and medication reminders
• Monitor and observe the client's overall well-being and report any changes
• Maintain accurate documentation of care provided
• Follow all safety and infection control protocols
• Communicate effectively with clients, families, and supervisors
Requirements
• Prior caregiving experience preferred (senior care experience is a plus)
• CNA certification is ideal but not required
• Ability to pass a background check and reference check
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Compassion, patience, and professionalism
• Willingness to travel up to 25 miles when needed
