General Description

Prep Cooks in our commissary kitchen are responsible for the prep and packaging of hot food items delivered to our customers. Prep cooks are the core of our kitchen and are expected to have basic food safety knowledge.

Knowledge / skill requirements

  • High School Diploma/GED required

  • Must have an eye for detail

  • Must have knowledge Nutrition and Sanitation guidelines in a commercial kitchen

  • Must have knowledge of simple cooking methods

  • Able to work in a fast paced environment

  • Must be able to stand for a prolonged period of time
