Company Description


Liz Stewart Floral Design is a high end-custom floral design studio in Jacksonville Beach, Florida. We provide creative and unique daily designs, custom wedding/special event design and installation, as well as weekly/monthly floral subscriptions.


Our ideal candidate will be a positive, energetic and versatile individual with excellent communication skills who is ready to learn and assist our team and valued customers. Knowledge/experience in floral/plant design would be ideal; willingness to learn our style and protocol is more important.


Role Description


This is a full-time on-site role for a Customer Service and Team Support Associate located in Jacksonville Beach, FL. The associate will be responsible for "front of house" duties that include excellent, friendly customer service, both in person and on the phone, can-do support of team members and designers, and other "back of house" tasks (i.e. washing buckets and vases, cleaning, etc.) Daily tasks include answering customer inquiries, assisting with order processing, coordinating with the team to fulfill customer needs, maintaining accurate records, and coordinating daily deliveries.


Qualifications

  • Strong Interpersonal and Communication skills
  • Ability to work effectively as a team and independently
  • Proficiency in using customer service software and tools
  • Some college or equivalent
  • Able to work long hours on your feet
  • Knowledge of the beaches and surrounding neighborhoods
  • Able to lift up to 25 pounds
  • Some weekend availability/late night pick-up availability required
  • A good sense of humor and eclectic music taste preferred
  • Experience in floral design and retail is a plus
