Mercantile Hall is owned and operated by BEDO Brands, a collection of award-winning brands that focuses on hospitality in the wedding industry, and boasts of incredible sibling brands, including 10 South and Bon Bon Belle Bridal Boutique. Mercantile Hall is a beautiful wedding and event venue located in Burlington, Wisconsin. We are seeking a full-time Sales Manager to lead tours, schedule events, and guide couples into their planning journeys smoothly.

What do you have to do?

  • Give engaging, thoughtful venue tours that help bring couples’ wedding visions to life in real time
  • Own your performance by hitting weekly tour and booking goals
  • Consistently convert tours into bookings by building trust and providing wedding industry insights
  • Maintain relentless, service-motivated follow-up through calls, texts, and email
  • Respond to couples’ inquiries, concerns, and feedback with urgency and care
  • Proactively seek and strengthen relationships with local businesses to grow corporate event bookings
  • Be fanatical about a team culture where we support each other and celebrate shared success
