The Anthropologie Weddings Senior Stylist contributes to driving sales and a customer centric environment by supporting the leadership team in selling, service, and daily procedures. They are an expert in the stores operating procedures and contribute mentorship to the associate and stylist team.


Customer Experience

  • Acts as a brand representative reflective of the company values; partners with the leadership team on the creation of an engaging experience that appeals to the Anthropologie Weddings customer
  • Leads by example in upholding a selling culture that demonstrates extraordinary service by providing individual attention through styling and outfitting recommendations; demonstrates strong conversion skills to achieve company goals
  • Utilizes technology to provide a frictionless client experience and transact in the moment by upselling or sharing product not available in store; supports associate and stylist education, clienteling, and brand focuses through the use of technology

Leadership + Team Management

  • Inspires the team through creativity, outfitting, and shared fate; drives the store by being positive, confident, respectful, and helpful to others
  • Actively participates in managing the store environment and customer experience by setting the tone, management of the daily zone, and driving sales
  • Partners with the Anthropologie Weddings leadership team to mentor service and selling strategies to impact individual and monthly goals

Visual +Business Operations

  • Assists store leaders in maintaining a visually compelling store that is neat, clean and organized; supports weekly store objectives relating to customer service, outfitting, or styling
  • Assesses Anthropologie Weddings styling expectations looking for business driving opportunities for the store; takes smart risks with measurable results to maximize sales and impact customer experience
  • Adheres to store’s safety standards, inventory accuracy, reduction of product loss, and upholds all company policy and procedures to support the profitability of the store

Communication + Relationships

  • Partners with Anthropologie Weddings leadership team to maintain communication and teamwork on completing store objectives
  • Provides store and departmental insight related to the customer experience and communicates to Anthropologie Weddings leadership team; participates in district forums when applicable
  • Fosters ongoing relationships with clients through outreach and networking, appointment generation, service follow-up, and engagement through store events
  • Assists team in their growth and when problem solving; supports new hire onboarding in their orientation and styling development
