Job description

We are seeking an experienced Retail Consultant to join our team. Bridal industry experience is preferred but not required.

The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of working independently. We are looking for someone who takes initiative—if something needs to be done, you don't wait to be asked; you step in and get it done.

In this role, you will work closely with brides to understand their vision, personal style, and body type. The ability to listen attentively, communicate effectively, and build trust is essential. Patience, professionalism, and a genuine passion for helping clients find the perfect look are key to success.

Our goal is to provide every customer with a memorable, positive, and personalized experience. In addition to bridal clients, you will assist formalwear customers, including gentlemen shopping for suits and tuxedos for weddings, proms, and other special occasions.
