• LEADS BY EXAMPLE, others look to you for expertise.
• PROACTIVE TEAM MEMBER with a history of leading, implementing and documenting process improvements who can step up and lead triage and customer support events who can think independently, be proactive and take initiative from little or no requirements.
• SELF-STARTER with the ability to multi-task and prioritize workload.
• The ability to COMMUNICATE CLEARLY and effectively (Verbally and Written) with the business and teammates.
• Agile Software Delivery.
• Working experience on UNIX Application Environments: WebSphere, JBOSS, etc.
• Experience with web application communication protocols - SOAP, HTTP, XML, etc.
• Understanding of web application architecture.
• Good Database experience – Comfortable using/writing SQL queries.
