Requirements: US Citizenship Applications Developer/Engineer responsible for designing, developing, testing, maintaining, and modernizing enterprise applications. This role is primarily focused on Java/WebSphere development, with secondary responsibility for .NET applications. The ideal candidate is a hands-on developer who can lead technical efforts, troubleshoot complex issues, and deliver enterprise-wide solutions. * Designing, enhancing, and maintaining Java/WebSphere applications. * Designing, enhancing, and maintaining MS .NET framework applications. * Deploying, configuring, and supporting IBM WebSphere Application Server and Tomcat environments. * Modernizing legacy applications for current platforms. * Performing requirements analysis and producing detailed technical documentation. * Diagnosing, troubleshooting, and resolving complex application issues. * Collaborating with customers, business analysts, and technical teams to deliver enterprise solutions. * Providing technical leadership, mentoring team members, and supporting production applications. Minimum Qualifications * Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field, or equivalent relevant experience. * 3-5+ years of experience as a Java and .NET Developer. * Strong experience with Java, JavaScript, WebSphere, SQL Server, and Microsoft .NET technologies. * Experience with Identity and Access Management (IAM). * Excellent verbal and written communication skills. * U.S. Citizenship required. Hands-on Experience with: * Java, HTML, JavaScript, JQL. * IBM WebSphere Application Server, Tomcat, Eclipse, and Rational Application Developer. * Azure DevOps, Git, Visual Studio, and IIS. * SQL Server, SQL Managed Instance (SQL MI), SSMS, stored procedures, and database integration. * Jira, Confluence Data Center, and Atlassian Cloud. * Enterprise application architecture, modernization, troubleshooting, and technical documentation. * Project leadership, mentoring team members, and collaborating across technical and business teams Compensation Range: $75,000 - $150,000 #cjpost
