Required Skills:
Experience with application runtime support (WebSphere, Tomcat/ TC Server.)
- Experience developing/supporting distributed applications in a cloud
- Experience with enabling and supporting distributed caching solutions with Gemfire
- Familiarity with data and database replication practices
- Familiarity with in-memory database development technique
- Familiarity with Standard Platform offerings at State Farm
- Experience with Linux OS
- Experience scripting and scripting tools (Puppet, Ansible, Perl, Python, etc.)
- Knowledge of networking - TCP/IP, Http/s, etc.
- Some knowledge of SQL/database query language
- Some knowledge in J2EE and Spring frameworks
- Experience working in an Agile approach to development
