What is website support?

Website support refers to the services and assistance provided to maintain, troubleshoot, and optimize websites. This can include tasks such as fixing technical issues, updating content, ensuring security, resolving user problems, and keeping the website running smoothly. Website support professionals may work with website owners, businesses, or organizations to ensure their online presence is reliable and up-to-date. They often use various tools to monitor site performance and address any issues that arise quickly. Effective website support helps prevent downtime and ensures a positive experience for website visitors.

What are the key skills and qualifications needed to thrive as a website support specialist?

Familiarity with content management systems (CMS), ticketing platforms, and basic HTML/CSS is typically required. Strong communication, patience, and problem-solving abilities help you address user issues effectively and build positive client relationships. These skills are essential for ensuring websites run smoothly, minimizing downtime, and delivering a seamless user experience.

What are some common challenges faced by website support professionals, and how can they effectively manage them?

This role also supports business development initiatives through marketing campaigns and content, while sales strategy and pipeline ownership are managed by the business development team.

The position requires a self-driven professional who can work independently while collaborating with cross-functional teams across product, sales, leadership, and external partners.

Video & Multimedia Content

  • Create video and visual content for marketing campaigns, product storytelling, and industry engagement.
  • Maintain and update the company YouTube channel with relevant content including product overviews, project highlights, and industry insights.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to produce short-form and long-form video content.

Website & Digital Marketing

  • Maintain and update content on the DynaChrg website.
  • Support improvements to SEO performance and digital visibility.
  • Assist with creation of landing pages and campaign pages.
  • Ensure messaging across the website accurately reflects company capabilities and product offerings.
  • Support targeted digital marketing initiatives aimed at B2B audiences such as developers, municipalities, fleets, and commercial property owners.
  • Assist in executing paid media campaigns (e.g., LinkedIn, Google, and other digital channels) to increase brand awareness and campaign reach.

Sales Enablement & Partner Support
