Digital Marketing

Part-Time Digital Marketing & SEO Specialist

Superior Home Improvement — Salt Lake City, Utah

Superior Home Improvement is seeking a motivated college student or early-career digital marketer to help expand our online presence and generate qualified homeowner leads.

We are an established Utah home-improvement company specializing in replacement windows, roofing, siding, and our whole-home Energy Conservation Program. We need someone who understands online marketing and is ready to apply that knowledge in a real business environment.

Responsibilities

- Improve our website’s local SEO and Google search visibility

- Help manage Google Ads and pay-per-click campaigns

- Research keywords for replacement windows, roofing, and siding

- Improve landing pages to generate more calls and appointments

- Help manage and optimize our Google Business Profile

- Track calls, website forms, leads, and advertising performance

- Create or coordinate useful website and social-media content

- Monitor online reviews, company mentions, and competitors

- Provide clear weekly reports showing work completed, leads generated, and results

Ideal Candidate

- College student, recent graduate, or self-taught marketer with a strong understanding of digital marketing

- Familiar with SEO, Google Ads, Google Analytics, Google Search Console, keyword research, and social media

- Able to work independently and follow through on projects

- Comfortable being measured by actual results

- Strong writing, organization, and communication skills

- Experience with WordPress or website editing is a plus

- Previous work samples, personal projects, certifications, or proven results are strongly preferred

Position Details

- Part-time and hourly to begin

- Flexible schedule around college classes

- Primarily an in-house position in Salt Lake City

- Performance will be evaluated based on measurable improvements, including qualified leads, appointments, cost per lead, website conversions, and search visibility

- Opportunity to grow into a full-time salaried position as results and responsibilities increase
