Job description

Veridian Homes, an innovative company with an emphasis on smart growth and green built practices, is seeking a Marketing Operations Strategist to join our marketing team! As a Marketing Operations Strategist, you'll play a key role in driving the technology, systems, automation, and reporting that power our marketing efforts. In this role, you'll help shape how our Marketing team operates by managing the systems, tools, and processes that support our campaigns and customer experience. From CRM and website optimization to analytics, automation, and emerging technologies, you'll play a key role in helping our team work smarter and continue to grow.


Responsibilities of this position include, but are not limited to:

  • Serve as the administrator and subject matter expert for HubSpot CRM, developing and optimizing automated customer journeys, lead nurture campaigns, workflows, segmentation, and lifecycle automation.
  • Partner with Sales to improve lead routing, lead quality, CRM processes, and the overall customer experience.
  • Manage the operational performance of the Veridian Homes website, including website enhancements, ERP integrations, SEO opportunities, user experience, and conversion optimization.
  • Develop, maintain, and analyze marketing dashboards, KPI reporting, website analytics, CRM performance, and campaign results to provide actionable business insights.
  • Build and manage email marketing campaigns, customer segmentation, automation workflows, A/B testing, and campaign reporting within HubSpot.
  • Research, evaluate, and implement emerging marketing technologies, automation solutions, and AI-powered tools that improve efficiency and strengthen Marketing capabilities.
  • Coordinate operational aspects of marketing initiatives, including website projects, product launches, campaign implementation, community events, and vendor relationships.
  • Research industry trends, consumer behavior, and best practices while identifying opportunities to improve marketing processes, automate repetitive tasks, and support the department's long-term success.

A successful candidate will have a bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, Digital Marketing, or a related field, along with five or more years of experience in marketing operations, CRM administration, digital marketing, marketing technology, or a related role. Experience with HubSpot CRM and marketing automation platforms is preferred, along with knowledge of website management, SEO, Google Analytics, and marketing analytics. The ideal candidate is analytical, organized, and collaborative, with strong project management and communication skills. They enjoy solving problems, are comfortable learning new technologies, and are always looking for ways to improve processes and deliver better results.
