Company: Superior Contracting & Maintenance
Location: Local Technician (Proudly serving AL, AZ, GA, FL, NC, OK, SC, TN, & TX)

Superior Contracting & Maintenance is currently seeking experienced, insured 1099 contractors specializing in plumbing and electrical trades to manage rotating residential maintenance work orders.

This is not a job board or lead-generation platform. There are no fees involved. We assign real jobs directly within your service area through our partner portfolios, with fast payment upon completion.

We’re looking for professionals interested in filling their schedules with consistent side work while continuing to operate their own business or maintain other contracts.

About Us:

Superior Contracting & Maintenance is an established home repair and maintenance company with over 13 years of experience, serving a broad client base just north of our primary market in Atlanta, GA.

We offer a wide range of services, with plumbing as one of our primary specialties. Our goal is to deliver dependable, high-quality service while fostering strong, long-term customer relationships.

Our plumbing technicians primarily work in residential environments, providing maintenance, repair, and installation services for both property management partners and individual homeowners. We emphasize professionalism, efficiency, and attention to detail in every job.

Requirements
  • Must be a 1099 contractor with active General Liability Insurance (COI required)
  • Workers’ Compensation preferred
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in plumbing or electrical services
  • Must own tools and a work vehicle (truck, van, or SUV)
  • Must complete a brief onboarding call with our vendor team before receiving work assignments
  • Ability to use an online service portal to manage and track work orders
  • Valid driver’s license and dependable transportation
  • Must be currently located in the United States
Disqualifiers
  • No active insurance coverage (COI required)
  • Inability to complete onboarding or maintain professional communication
  • Lack of reliable transportation or necessary trade tools
Key Responsibilities:
  • Respond to residential plumbing and electrical service requests
  • Perform diagnostics and complete basic repairs during the initial visit whenever possible
  • Work within assigned “Not-to-Exceed” (NTE) budgets (typically ranging from $150–$350)
  • Submit estimates for repairs or projects exceeding the NTE limits
  • Provide updates and job status through our mobile service portal
  • All materials are purchased by Superior
Benefits

What We Offer:

  • Diagnostic Trip Fees: $65–$85 per call, depending on trade and job complexity
  • Basic Repairs: Paid within the NTE range per work order (most average between $150–$350)
  • Fast Pay: Direct deposit issued after job completion and quality verification
  • No Platform or Lead Fees
  • Flexible Work Hours: Choose full-time or part-time availability (ideal for side work)
  • Diverse Job Opportunities: Work on a variety of projects, from standard maintenance to more complex installations
Why Contractors Choose Us

-No subscriptions or lead fees — we assign jobs directly, not leads
-Local work — only receive jobs within your preferred service area
