Job Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Project Manager to oversee website development projects for apartment management firms. This role involves managing the entire project lifecycle, from kickoff to completion, while maintaining clear communication with clients and internal teams. The ideal candidate will have experience with project management tools, website development basics, and the ability to simplify technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities
  • Project Coordination:

    • Utilize tools like Jira, Asana, or equivalent platforms to organize and track projects.
    • Ensure projects remain on schedule and proactively address potential delays.
    • Coordinate with design and web development teams to deliver high-quality websites with lead generation funnels.
  • Client Engagement:

    • Act as the primary point of contact for clients, fostering strong relationships.
    • Conduct regular client meetings to provide progress updates, demos, and address questions or concerns.
    • Simplify technical concepts for apartment managers and other non-technical stakeholders.
  • Website Management:

    • Oversee tasks such as domain transfers, hosting setup, and Google My Business listings.
    • Ensure smooth implementation of lead funnels and other marketing integrations.
  • Communication & Reporting:

    • Provide weekly and monthly updates to clients, highlighting progress, challenges, and next steps.
    • Escalate issues to stakeholders when projects are at risk of stalling and recommend solutions.
  • Outreach & Training:

    • Conduct outreach to clients or potential clients as needed.
    • Deliver training and demos to help clients understand how to maximize their websites and associated tools.
Qualifications
  • Proven experience in project management, preferably in website development or digital marketing.
  • Proficiency with project management tools (e.g., Jira, Asana, Trello).
  • Basic knowledge of website development processes (e.g., domain transfers, hosting, Google My Business).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with experience in client-facing roles.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Comfortable explaining technical terms to non-technical audiences.
  • Experience working with design and web development teams is a plus.
