Website & Contentย Coordinator - Remote position, junior role

Salary: $53,500-$60,000 per year

What you'll spend your day doing:

Website Updates and Maintenanceย 

  • Manage day-to-day website updates, including clinician profiles, clinic information, hours, services, closures, and booking details.ย 
  • Review the website regularly toย identifyย outdated, missing, or inconsistent information.ย 
  • Maintain key website documentation and support quality assurance following updates.ย 

      ย Content and SEOย 

      • Write, edit, coordinate, and publish website content in collaboration with teams across the organization.ย 
      • Support the development and maintenance of service pages, location content, landing pages, and other website resources.ย 
      • Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis, and on-page optimization to improve search visibility and user experience.ย 
      • Identifyย content gaps and recommend improvements to website structure, navigation, andย the customerย journey.ย 
      • Monitor SEO and website performance and use insights to inform content improvements.ย 

              ย Reporting, Analytics and Website Trackingย 

              • Pull and interpret website performance data from GA4, Google Search Console, and other relevant platforms.ย 
              • Build andย maintainย recurring reports and help improve reporting workflows.ย 
              • Monitor website traffic, engagement, form submissions, booking actions, and conversions.ย 

                  ย Cross-Functional Collaborationย 

                  • Partner with Marketing, clinical teams, and subject matter expertsย on website and content initiatives.ย 
                  • Maintain clear documentation for website processes, content standards, and recurring tasks.ย 
                  • Support broader digital projects, campaigns, and website improvements as needed.ย 

                      What You Bringย 

                      • 1-3ย years of experience in website content, digital marketing, SEO, communications, orย a related field.ย 
                      • Experience managing and publishing content through a content management system.ย 
                      • Strong writing, editing, proofreading, and content-organization skills.ย 
                      • Working knowledge of SEO, including keyword research and on-page optimization.ย 
                      • Experience using GA4, Google Search Console, or similar tools to review website performance.ย 
                      • Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple requests and priorities.ย 
                      • Strong communicationย and collaboration skills, with experience working across different teams.ย 
                      • A willingness to learn new tools, systems, and digital processes.ย 

                                    ย Nice to Haveย 

                                    • Experience in healthcare, a multi-location organization, or another regulated industry.ย 
                                    • Familiarity with Google Tag Managerย orย Looker Studioย 
                                    • French-languageย proficiencyย and experience translating or adapting digital content are considered an asset.ย
