Job description

Marketing Manager:The Alaska Club is seeking a full-time, highly motivated, detail-oriented marketing manager to support the marketing initiatives for The Alaska Club and Fly Trampoline Park. The role works closely with the Director of Marketing and VP of Marketing and Sales to help drive member acquisition, retention, guest visits, brand awareness, and revenue growth across the company.The ideal candidate is a creative and analytical marketing professional with a strong understanding of consumer behavior, emerging marketing trends, digital marketing and brand management. They thrive in a fast-paced environment, can manage multiple projects at once, and have a sharp eye for detail, consistency, and results. Key Responsibilities:Assist with marketing campaigns, development of collateral, and special events, helping to ensure branding is consistent across all channels and locations.Manage and optimize company websites to ensure accuracy, functionality, SEO performance, and conversion optimization.Coordinate website updates, content development, and user experience improvements.Maintain digital assets and online brand standards.Analyze marketing performance across all platforms and campaigns.Monitor key performance indicators, lead generation metrics, campaign ROI, retention, and membership growth, making recommendations based on data insights.Leverage customer data to identify trends and growth opportunities.Manage multiple deadlines and marketing projects simultaneously.Support special events, grand openings, and community outreach efforts.Responsible for developing marketing and product materials related to new programs (factsheets, profiles, presentations).Prepare understandable reports and presentations for management team.May be responsible for social media content creation.Technical Skills:Advanced proficiency in:HubSpotAdobe Creative SuiteMicrosoft Excel and Office applicationsPowerPointCSI or similar CRM platformsGoogle AnalyticsSEO and website management toolsEmail marketing platforms (HubSpot, Mailchimp)Social media content creation and best practicesPreferred Qualifications:Experience managing multiple brands in multiple locations.Graphic design and content creation experience.Knowledge of paid search, digital advertising, and marketing automation.Experience with event marketing.What Success Looks Like:Consistently follows brand guidelines.Increases membership leads and conversions.Improves member retention and engagement.Execute campaigns on time with exceptional attention to detail. In-person, 40 hours per week Monday-Friday in the marketing office at The Alaska Club West.
