Job description

We’re actively seeking a Principal Salesforce Technical Architect to lead enterprise Salesforce architecture and transformation initiatives for a global medical device organization.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead Salesforce architecture, technical strategy, standards, and governance.
  • Design and implement scalable solutions across Salesforce, Experience Cloud, Health Cloud, Data Cloud, and Agentforce.
  • Lead enterprise integrations using REST/SOAP APIs, Platform Events, WebMethods, middleware, and external systems.
  • Partner with business and IT leadership to translate business needs into technical solutions.
  • Lead architecture through implementation, testing, deployment, and production stabilization.
  • Mentor Salesforce developers, administrators, and technical leads.
Required Skills
  • 12+ years IT experience with 10+ years Salesforce development/architecture.
  • Strong hands-on experience with Salesforce configuration, Apex, LWC, Flows, APIs, and integrations.
  • Deep Experience Cloud architecture experience, including authentication, security, portals, and external users.
  • Experience with Agentforce, Data Cloud, and AI-powered Salesforce solutions.
  • Experience with Git/Bitbucket, CI/CD, DevOps, and Copado.
  • Strong communication, architecture, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, or related field.

Nice to Have: Salesforce certifications, healthcare/regulated industry experience, and enterprise CRM transformation experience.
