Our culture is unique. Constant innovation requires fearlessness, creativity, intellectual honesty, and a relentless competitive streak. Jump Trading has a global team of technologists who architect, build and maintain our world-class trading platform. From optimizing our core trading engine to building custom hardware, we leverage software & hardware engineering, data science and research, to deliver the infrastructure and tools that drive our trading and business needs.

What You'll Do:
In this role, you will build the next generation of highperformance, datadense GUI applications that deliver realtime market data to traders. These applications are the primary interface between users and our trading systems, with a strong focus on ticktoscreen latency, performance, and visual clarity.

You will focus on lowlevel rendering, graphics pipelines, and efficient data delivery to the browser, leveraging modern web technologies to push the limits of what is possible in realtime GUIs. As a senior engineer, you will help shape technical direction, mentor teammates, and establish best practices for building worldclass GUI systems.

Skills You'll Need:
5+ years of experience building highperformance GUI applications
Strong experience with React and modern web application architecture
Deep understanding of lowlevel rendering pipelines and rendering techniques
Handson experience with WebAssembly (WASM), Web APIs, WebGPU, WebGL, or equivalent graphics technologies
Experience building realtime, dataintensive web applications
Solid fullstack fundamentals and the ability to work across frontend and backend boundaries
Strong focus on performance, memory usage, and responsiveness under heavy data loads
Ability to write clean, testable code and provide constructive code reviews
Desire to take technical ownership, influence architecture, and mentor other engineers

Bonus Points:
Experience optimizing rendering pipelines for large, frequently updating datasets
Familiarity with browser internals and performance profiling tools
Experience with Rust or C++
Background in trading, finance, or other realtime datadriven domains
