Position Summary:

As a Junior Graphic Designer at HireClix, you will play an important role in bringing our clients' employer brands to life through compelling visual design. You will work alongside our creative, marketing, and web development teams to create digital assets, recruitment marketing campaigns, career site designs, and branded content. Responsibilities:
  • Graphic Design: Create visually engaging graphics for digital advertising campaigns, social media, employer branding, presentations, email marketing, and other marketing collateral.
  • Career Site Design: Assist in designing and maintaining custom career sites that deliver exceptional candidate experiences.
  • Webflow Development: Build, update, and maintain website pages using Webflow while ensuring responsive design, usability, and brand consistency.
  • Brand Support: Help develop and maintain client brand guidelines across multiple marketing channels.
  • Creative Collaboration: Partner with account managers, developers, and strategists to deliver high-quality creative solutions that meet client objectives.
