Job description

Responsibilities

The Project Manager is responsible for managing and ensuring site and office safety, overseeing dayโ€‘toโ€‘day execution for assigned project(s), managing, coordinating, and supervising subcontractors, vendors, and personnel to ensure timeliness, budget compliance, and adherence to Webcor's quality standards and client satisfaction. The role includes promoting safety on job sites, implementing and enforcing Webcorโ€™s safety policy, and managing ongoing risk analysis and budget control. The Project Manager also handles project buyโ€‘out, procurement scheduling, risk communication, subcontract negotiations, document control, vendor billing, issue escalation, project startโ€‘up and closeโ€‘out, cost reporting, delay log coordination, and client management activities.

Technical Skills and Knowledge Required
  • Advanced knowledge of Prime Contracts and contract types (lump sum, GMP, hard bid, negotiated, designโ€‘build, etc.)
  • Advanced knowledge of cost control, budgeting, billing, forecasting, and data presentation
  • Comprehensive knowledge of building aspects: site work, structure, finishes, envelope, MEPS
  • Proficient use of database information flow/costing software (CMIC a plus)
  • Advanced computer skills with MS Office, estimating software, Bluebeam
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, and other BIM software
  • Strategic proficiency in authoring RFIs and submittals

  • Experience in an operating/active hospital setting preferred
  • Experience on sustainable and/or designโ€‘build projects preferred
  • LEED AP and/or GA preferred
  • OSHA 10 certification required (OSHA 30 preferred)
Compensation

Range of base pay: $152,000 โ€“ $168,000 (actual pay based on individual skill level and experience). Webcor will provide necessary training if not already certified.
