Retail is changing - and as a Retail Experience PRO, you'll ensure in-store shoppers receive instant, expert assistance via video. You'll become a highly skilled, brand-aligned professional who will enhance the customer experience, bridge the gap between digital and physical retail, and set a new standard for in-store support for large US retail brands.

PRO Role:

You will be assigned to a specific retail brand and will be provided with a computer or iPad with a webcam to connect with customers via the retailer’s app. Your focus is to provide real-time assistance to in-store shoppers through the platform, ensuring a seamless and informed shopping experience.

What You’ll Do:

• Answer product-related questions

• Provide store directions and navigation

• Clarify return and exchange policies

• Assist with inventory inquiries

• Offer personalized concierge customer support, just as an in-store associate would do

• Represent the assigned retail brand, including brand backdrop

• Initially serve USA-based retailers

Retailers require 24/7 coverage, but some brands may operate on an 18-hour model to account for time zones.

8-hour work shift and all done from your home office. Must have a private, quiet home office (no disturbances).

What We’re Looking For:

Exceptional concierge experience—think luxury-level service.

Comfort level in using and navigating company-provided technology tools.

Ability to handle inquiries and concerns professionally for a variety of major brands.

Strong communication skills—both written and verbal.

A quiet, professional home workspace with a stable internet connection.

What We Offer:

Above-average pay rates—because expertise deserves recognition.

Work from home—bring white-collar service to your own space.

Growth opportunities—advance within our company as we expand.

Cutting-edge technology to make your job smoother and more efficient.
