Job description

You will serve as an ENGINEERING TECHNICIAN of NAS KEY WEST.Qualifications:Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-09 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: 1) Interpreting engineering principals as related to various facility systems (electrical, HVAC, plumbing, etc./other facility related trade); 2) Utilizing math for computations involving analysis and estimates of facility projects; 3) Ability to make relevant assumptions in order to develop Rough Order Magnitude costs for a variety of projects; 4) Managing sustainment activities to keep facilities in good working order and to track subsequent projects throughout project life, this includes ability to prepare requirement packages; 5) Responsible for customer interface. while using strong computer skills
