Shield HealthCare is looking for a Web Developerin ourValencia, CAcorporate office. The Web Developer is responsible for the design, development, and maintenance of the organization’s websites, Intranet web pages, and other web-based systems, including web pages currently hosted by web service providers and web pages internally hosted by the organization.


This is an on-site position in Valencia, CA.


JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:



  • Determine web-based solutions for external and internal sites

  • Creates test transactions and runs tests to find errors

  • Confirm web pages meet specifications

  • Analyzes code to find causes of errors

  • Assist staff with web-based product compatibility issues

  • Writes and maintains documentation specifications of changes to web pages and programs

  • Responsible for assuring high level of Internet search optimization

  • Accountable to always provide quality results in their work

  • Completes special projects as assigned, supporting team and organizational objectives and continuous improvement initiatives


QUALIFICATIONS:



  • 5+ years web design/development creation/modification experience

  • Sound knowledge of Windows IIS, React, Angular, .NET Framework, AJAX, or other web technologies

  • Experience with commerce applications, nopCommerce and BigCommerce

  • Database development experience with Microsoft SQL Server

  • Familiarity with CI/CD with GitHub Actions

  • Preferred experience with Docker & Linux

  • Proficiency in Microsoft 365 (Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Word, SharePoint, Teams)

  • Creative thinker with strong design and production skills in digital mediums

  • Must be extremely organized and thorough with code design and associated documentation

  • Experience creating effective web design to maximize search engine prioritization

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and respond to changing business needs

The posted range for this position is $120-145k which is the expected starting base salary range for an employee who is new to the role to fully proficient in the role.
