Position Overview
The Web Sales Manager is a hands-on sales leader responsible for driving online sales performance by leading, coaching, and developing BrandsMart USA's team of Web Sales Agents in an on-site office environment. This role owns the day-to-day management of the web sales floor, developing selling technique, monitoring conversion and revenue metrics, and ensuring every customer interaction across phone, email, and live chat reflects the company's service standards. The ideal candidate is an accomplished salesperson in their own right with a proven record of managing and motivating commission-based sales teams, and brings strong product knowledge in appliances and consumer electronics.
Key Responsibilities
  • Lead, coach, and develop the on-site Web Sales Agent team to exceed individual and team sales goals
  • Own web sales revenue and conversion targets, average order value, and response time
  • Recruit, onboard, and train agents through side-by-side coaching and call and chat reviews
  • Manage sales floor scheduling and staffing coverage across all operating hours, seven days per week
  • Handle escalated customers and complex sales personally, modeling de-escalation and closing technique
  • Ensure disciplined CRM use in Zendesk or Salesforce, including data quality and follow-up
  • Partner with Customer Success, E-Commerce, Merchandising, Store Operations, and Logistics to resolve issues quickly
  • Keep the team current on product knowledge, promotions, pricing, and inventory for appliances and electronics
  • Report on sales performance and lead improvement initiatives across the online sales journey
  • Build an accountable, high-energy office culture that retains top sales talent
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, data privacy regulations, and PII safety

Qualifications
  • Extensive sales experience with a proven record of exceeding revenue and performance goals
  • Demonstrated experience managing and coaching a sales team in an on-site office environment
  • Proven ability to drive results in a commission-based, metrics-driven sales organization
  • Appliance and consumer electronics sales experience strongly preferred
  • Experience in inside sales, contact center, or e-commerce sales across phone, email, and chat
  • Strong analytical mindset with experience building and acting on sales performance metrics
  • Hands-on leader with the credibility to sell and close alongside the team
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a professional, customer-focused approach
  • Highly organized, with strong multitasking skills in a fast-paced sales environment
  • Proactive, results-driven, and collaborative with cross-functional partners
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or a related field preferred
