Familiarity with web offset presses, prepress software (like Adobe Creative Suite), and print management systems is typically required. Attention to detail, problem-solving abilities, and strong teamwork skills help ensure smooth production and high-quality results. These competencies are essential for minimizing errors, meeting client specifications, and maintaining efficient print operations.

What is web printing?

Web printing is a high-speed printing process that uses large rolls of paper, known as webs, which are continuously fed through the press. This method is commonly used for printing newspapers, magazines, catalogs, and other materials in large quantities. Web printing is efficient for long print runs and can handle both color and black-and-white projects. The process can be either heatset or coldset, depending on the type of ink and drying method used. It is preferred for its speed, cost-effectiveness, and ability to produce consistent, high-quality prints.

We are seeking a Content Specialist to join our marketing team. This role will primarily support KKR's insurance business, Global Atlantic, while also contributing to content initiatives across the broader firm.
This is an ideal role for a strong financial communicator with exceptional writing and editing skills who enjoys finding creative ways to repurpose, atomize, and adapt content for different audiences, channels, and formats. This candidate will apply AI and emerging technologies to enhance content creation, marketing workflows, and use data to measure and optimize audience engagement. This individual will also help define and scale AI-enabled content practices across the marketing organization, identifying opportunities to improve how content is created, reused and distributed.

The successful candidate enjoys writing a range of content from thought leadership to product marketing and social media posts. • Help define and scale AI-enabled content practices by identifying opportunities to incorporate generative AI into content development, editorial workflows, and marketing processes.
  • Apply digital content best practices, including SEO/AEO, email optimization, subject lines, calls to action, and channel-specific content strategies to improve engagement and performance.
  • Ensure consistency in messaging, style, tone, and brand voice across all content and marketing initiatives.
  • Write and edit a variety of content formats, including articles, web copy, video scripts, presentations, executive messaging, and thought leadership.
  • Collaborate across Marketing, Legal, Compliance, and business teams to ensure content accuracy, regulatory compliance, and timely delivery.
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously, balancing competing priorities and delivering high-quality work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in communication, marketing or English.
  • 7+ years marketing copywriting experience, minimum of 4 + years in the financial services industry, preferably annuity.
  • Demonstrated willingness and ability to write both engaging short-form content (emails, sales aids, short articles) and longer-form articles
  • Demonstrated use of AI and workflow tools
  • "Student of the business" who is always seeking to learn more
  • Strong interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to effectively interact with senior leadership.
  • Ability for occasional travel.
