We strive to create an environment of inclusion-one focused on psychological safety, empathy, and human connection-that will allow employees of all backgrounds to thrive.
About The Role & Team
  • You'll work on one of our most critical growth levers - amplitude.com - executing initiatives that support the broader site strategy.
  • You'll work on the frontier of AI-powered marketing. We're actively integrating AI-native workflows across everything we build. And we recently partnered with Statsig to expand our experimentation portfolio.
  • You'll have dedicated resources: web engineers and brand/growth designers who are aligned to this function - so you can move fast and build with craft.
  • You'll sit within a larger integrated marketing team, giving you exposure across campaigns, product launches, and PLG and sales pipeline initiatives.
  • Amplitude is the category leader in digital analytics and experimentation - and you'll get hands-on experience running experiments and optimization using the very product we sell.

As a Growth Marketing Manager you will:
Website Ownership
  • Own amplitude.com as a growth engine - helping maintain site architecture, user journeys, and content updates that drive both self-serve growth and enterprise pipeline.
  • Execute against a roadmap grounded in performance data and experimentation insights, flagging opportunities as you spot them.
  • Maintain and operate the Sanity CMS platform, supporting other teams across the org as they publish independently.

Conversion & Experimentation
  • Build and iterate on conversion-focused experiences across product pages, pricing, demo request flows, and campaign landing pages.
  • Run experiments and track measurement using Amplitude Analytics and Web Experiment to improve engagement, conversion, and pipeline generation across web surfaces.
  • Pull and organize website-attributed pipeline data in Salesforce, helping surface trends across GTM segments and win/loss patterns.

Cross-Functional Partnership
  • Partner closely with web engineering to ship new capabilities - you're a collaborative teammate in the build process.
  • Work across Marketing, Product, Growth, Sales, and Engineering - communicating clearly and helping move projects forward.
  • Apply repeatable, scalable approaches for product launches and campaign experiences that maintain a high bar for performance and brand consistency.

AI-Native Ways of Working
  • Implement AI-native workflows (Claude, Claude Cowork, Claude Code) to accelerate content creation, site improvements, and operational efficiency.

At a minimum, you need to have:
  • 2-3 years of hands-on experience working on a corporate website or web growth program for a SaaS, AI, or tech company.
  • Experience working alongside engineering teams - you're comfortable scoping tasks, prioritizing, and collaborating in a technical environment.
  • Experimentation mindset: you've helped run A/B tests and conversion optimization efforts on corporate or product marketing sites.
  • Data-driven by nature - you make decisions from evidence, not intuition alone. Experience with Amplitude or a comparable analytics platform is a strong plus.
  • Familiarity with a headless CMS (Sanity experience a bonus; Contentful, Prismic, or similar all count).
  • Strong communicator who can work well with stakeholders across Sales, Product, Engineering, and Marketing.

You'll be a great addition to the team if you have:
  • Background in a growth-stage startup or scaling SaaS/AI company - you're comfortable with ambiguity and know how to build systems where none exist.
  • Familiarity with AI products or AI-native workflows - bonus if you've worked at an AI company or integrated AI tooling into your marketing operations.
  • Prior exposure to PLG (product-led growth) motions alongside enterprise pipeline generation.

We care about the well-being of our team: We offer competitive pay and benefits packages that reflect our commitment to the health and well-being of our Ampliteers.
Some of our benefit programs include:
  • Excellent Medical, Dental and Vision insurance coverages, with 100% employer-paid premiums for employee Medical, Dental, Vision on select plans
  • Flexible time off, paid holidays, and more
  • Generous stipends to spend on what matters most to you, whether that's wellness (monthly), commuter transit/parking (monthly), learning and development (quarterly), home office equipment (annual), and much more
  • Excellent Parental benefits including: 12-20 weeks of Paid Parental Leave, Carrot Fertility Benefits/Adoption/Surrogacy support, Back-up Child Care support
  • Mental health and wellness benefits including no cost employee access to Modern Health coaching & therapy Sessions and high quality physician office experience via One Medical membership (select U.S. locations only)
  • Employee Stock Purchase Program (ESPP)

  • We care A LOT about product innovation. Fast Company called us the #3 most innovative enterprise company in the world.
  • We invest in our people. We offer mentorship programs, management training, and wellness initiatives.
  • We give back to our communities. We give every Ampliteer a charitable giving grant and paid volunteer time off.
  • We were founded in 2012, went public via a direct listing in September 2021, and are now trading under the ticker $AMPL.
