Marketing Analytics Specialist

ABOUT NBE HOLDINGS COMPANY

The NBE Holdings Company portfolio includes National Bulk Equipment, Inc. and Brawn Mixer and is a privately held corporation based in Holland, Michigan. The NBE Holdings Company designs, engineers, manufactures, automates, and integrates industrial bulk material handling systems for solids and liquids processing operations across industries, including: food, beverage, pharmaceutical, and chemical processing.

SUMMARY

The Marketing Analytics Specialist will work closely with the Web and Interactive Media Manager, and the entire Marketing team, to further leverage marketing communications and sales data to increase data reporting effectiveness and improve marketing and sales performance across all NBE operating entities. The candidate must be a strong conceptual thinker, effectively manage timelines, and produce high-quality work. The candidate must also take direction well and enjoy working collaboratively.

Work Location:

In person from our offices in Holland, Michigan. Fully remote workers will not be considered.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Manage data ingestion operations to enable efficient data collection, hygiene, access, and reporting within and across the NBE Holdings Company operating entities
  • Design, develop, and maintain consolidated dashboards to present reporting of campaign(s) performance to various internal audiences
  • Analyze campaign reporting against campaign performance metrics to identify data-driven recommendations to improve campaign efficiency; e.g., conversion, engagement, behaviors

REQUIRED SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES

  • Highly proficient with the administration of business intelligence tools, such as: DOMO, Microsoft Power BI, and Tableau
  • Highly proficient in data analysis, interpretation, reporting, visualization, and communication
  • Proficient with web analytics tools, such as Google Analytics
  • Proficient with marketing campaign optimization methods

PREFERRED EDUCATION, SKILLS, AND EXPERIENCE

  • Minimum Associate's degree in data analytics, business intelligence, marketing, or related field
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in data analytics, business intelligence, or related role
  • Experience in project management with ability to manage multiple projects and tasks while meeting required deadlines
  • Experience using project management software (e.g., Asana, Monday, Basecamp, etc.)
  • Experience in front-end web development using HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
  • Experience in SEM/SEO best practices, including: web and video
