Job description

  • Plan, coordinate, and conduct the consulting process
  • Ensure that the CourseLeaf application is being effectively utilized by first exploring the clientsโ€™ unique business and technical requirements; then recommend the most appropriate solution(s) for clients
  • Be able to articulate CourseLeaf software capabilities by maintaining an in-depth working knowledge of the software and how it can be configured, customized, and implemented to meet client requirements
  • Present/communicate company solutions, products and services to clients that are outside of existing contract scope, and recommend additional products
  • Provide potential up-sell to sales representative
  • Calculate and predict workload expected to implement certain project specifications
  • Troubleshoot issues within the clientโ€™s environment during pilot
  • Act as a liaison between the client and the implementation team
  • Capture and provide detailed documentation to PMs that includes but is not limited to: Client questions and answers; and Client nuances regarding timeline, expectations, and other various process elements
Requirements
  • Bachelorโ€™s degree preferred
  • A minimum of either four yearsโ€™ experience in computer software consulting role OR four years' experience in a University/College Registrarโ€™s office or equivalent combination of experience
  • Above average knowledge of web systems, tools, and applications is required
  • Experience with SIS and curriculum development is strongly preferred
  • High proficiency with MSOffice and web-based presentation tools a plus
