Job Description

We are looking for a skilled Senior Front-End Developer to join our team and contribute to building high-quality, scalable digital experiences. In this role, you will work with modern front-end technologies such as JavaScript (ES6+), ReactJS, SCSS, and advanced CSS, while collaborating closely with cross-functional teams including UX, UI, QA, and backend developers.

You will play a key role in translating functional requirements into efficient, maintainable code, ensuring best practices in performance, accessibility, and code quality. Experience with design systems, build tools, and platforms like AEM will be a strong advantage. If you are passionate about clean code, continuous learning, and delivering impactful web solutions, this role is for you.

Responsibilities
  • Actively collaborate with other developers on design and code reviews.
  • Strong ability to work in a team with diverse expertise (UI, delivery, tech, QA, etc.) and varying experience levels.
  • Ensure production quality by monitoring technical KPIs of projects.
  • Write technical documentation.
  • Understand functional requirements and translate them into technical features (aligned with project constraints).
  • Design, develop, and maintain code within a partially defined scope.
  • Apply best practices (code quality, security, development processes, accessibility, and unit testing).
  • Adapt to tools, processes, and workflows related to projects.
  • Interact with all project stakeholders (UX, UI, Product Owner, etc.).
  • Be willing to upskill across multiple areas (Front-end, back-end, QA, DevOps, data).
  • Actively participate in project ceremonies.
  • Simplify and communicate technical knowledge to clients and other teams within the agency.
Qualifications
  • 5+ years of experience in Front-End Development.
  • Strong skills in core front-end web development technologies including JavaScript ES6+, SCSS/SASS preprocessors, Modern CSS (Grid, custom properties, BEM, CSS modules, etc.), Semantic HTML5 and Front-end build tools (Webpack, Vite, etc.).
  • TypeScript.
  • Knowledge of accessibility implementation principles.
  • Experience with templating tools (HTL for AEM, Twig for Symfony, Handlebars, etc.).
  • Front-end implementation following atomic design principles and understanding of design systems.
  • Proficiency in Web Components.
  • Experience working with Java back-end developers and interest in the Java language.
  • Experience with AEM (Adobe Experience Manager).
