What does a web development teaching assistant do in a remote setting?

A Web Development Teaching Assistant (TA) in a remote setting supports instructors and students during online web development courses. Their role is crucial in enhancing the learning experience and ensuring students stay engaged and supported throughout the course.

How does a web development teaching assistant collaborate with lead instructors and support student learning in a remote environment?

Web Development Teaching Assistants (TAs) working remotely play a vital role by facilitating communication between students and lead instructors. They often assist during live coding sessions, answer student questions in real time, and provide feedback on assignments through online platforms. TAs also help identify common areas where students struggle and relay this information to instructors to improve lesson delivery. Collaboration tools like Slack, Zoom, or LMS platforms are commonly used, allowing TAs to efficiently support both instructors and learners despite the remote setting.
