  • Development and Customization: Develop custom applications and enhancements using JavaScript, Jelly, Web Services, MYSQL, XML, HTML, and CSS.
  • Customize ServiceNow applications and facilitate the integration with other systems.
  • Configuration Management: Configure and maintain the ServiceNow platform, including workflows, UI policies, business rules, and client scripts.
  • Technical Support: Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues, perform code reviews, and ensure the quality of code meets standards.
  • Collaboration: Work with stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements, provide technical guidance, and ensure solutions align with business objectives.
