Innovative Systems is currently seeking applicants for a Web Developer to join our talented team.

This position is located in Mitchell, SD, remote work will not be considered.

When you are part of the Innovative team as a Web Developer, you will:

Develop features and enhancements across multiple telecommunications software products, gaining exposure to a wide range of business challenges and technologies.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver solutions that improve customer engagement, eCommerce, and self-service experiences.

  • Design, develop and deploy web applications according to the company’s standards for software architecture.

  • Work with modern Microsoft technologies including Blazor, Azure DevOps, and SQL Server.

  • Leverage AI-assisted development tools to increase productivity, improve code quality, and streamline testing and documentation efforts.

  • Make a meaningful impact by developing software used by communication service providers nationwide.

  • Participate in an Agile development environment focused on collaboration, continuous improvement, and quality.

  • Help shape the future of customer-facing web and mobile experiences in the telecommunications industry.

  • Write unit and integration tests necessary to ensure the reliability and consistency of software.

  • Troubleshoot application issues in development, test and production environments.

  • Work with product leads, software architects and project managers to implement technical solutions that meet the requirements and support documentation.

These additional skills would be helpful but are not required:
