Job description

Provides UI/UX architectural leadership for TUHS web and digital experience platforms, with emphasis on modern React application architecture, Azure-hosted solutions, CMS/headless CMS integration, microfrontends, mobile-first responsive design, accessibility, performance, security, authentication, logging, and reusable modular design standard. Develops recommendations and coordinates technical implementation activities for internally developed and vendor-supported web solutions. Establishes front-end architecture patterns, user experience standards, development best practices, and governance needed to modernize legacy portal and application environments while supporting organizational goals and objectives. Provides technical customer support and 24x7 on-call services for supported environments, as required.

This role requires three days on-site (Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday) at Temple Health Women's and Families Hospital.

Bachelor's Degree Computer Science, Information Systems, Business or related field Required or
Combination of relevant education and experience may be considered in lieu of degree Required
Experience
8 years experience in web application architecture, front-end development, UI/UX implementation, software solutions, or digital platform modernization within complex enterprise environments Required
8 years experience with all phases of the Systems Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and/or project life cycle (PLC), including requirements definition, design, development, testing, release, support, and continuous improvement Required
General Experience and knowledge using React, JavaScript/TypeScript, HTML, CSS, Figma, responsive design frameworks, reusable component libraries, and accessibility standards Required
