  • Hire, develop, mentor, and retain high-performing engineering managers and software engineers.
  • Provide regular coaching, performance feedback, and career development to help team members reach their full potential.

  • Strong understanding of modern web architectures, including single-page applications and micro-frontend patterns, application lifecycle management, and software engineering best practices.
  • Strong communication, organizational, stakeholder management, and decision-making skills.
  • Solid understanding of security, privacy, authentication, authorization, and data protection principles for web applications.
  • Experience leveraging automation, AI-assisted development tools, and engineering productivity practices to improve quality and delivery velocity.
  • Strong people leadership skills, including hiring, coaching, performance management, and career development for web engineering teams.
  • Ability to thrive in ambiguous environments, make thoughtful trade-offs, and lead teams through organizational and technical change.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to influence technical and non-technical stakeholders.
