Job Description

Local candidates preferred but not required.

This project will require the programmer to have experience with MicroFocus Visual Cobol and Windows/Powershell scripts

Bachelors Degree in Computer Science or related technical field

Experience writing Windows/Powershell scripts.

Experience working with the Highway Department's applications and environment

Ability to prioritize and manage concurrent projects, demonstrate initiative and work independently with minimal supervision

Ability to comprehend complex technical and logical concepts and adapt quickly to changes

Strong written and verbal communication skills required
