Keystone Human Services is currently seeking a Job Developer to join our team in providing individualized, person-directed support in the area of Autism. Our work focuses on inclusion and building communities where everyone has the opportunity to thrive and fully participate in everything society has to offer.

The Job Developer provides personalized employment services to support individuals in preparing for, securing, and maintaining meaningful work. This role includes assessing each participant's interests, skills, and support needs. The Job Developer collaborates closely with team members, participants, and their families to create employment plans that align with each person's goals.

Through ongoing coaching and problemsolving, the Job Developer helps participants achieve and sustain their employment objectives.

The Job Developer is a full-time, non-exempt position that earns $24 per hour. Keystone Human Services values health, wellbeing, and professional growth. Responsibilities Include:

Minimum Requirements:

  • One of the following:

    • Bachelor's degree in Rehabilitation, Business, Marketing, Education, Psychology, or a related field

    • Associate's degree and one year of work experience related to job assessment, job finding, or employment supports

    • High school diploma or equivalent and two years of work experience related to job assessment, job finding, or employment supports

  • Ability to obtain Association of Community Rehabilitation Educators (ACRE) certification or equivalent within 6 months of employment

  • Effective communication and proficient computer skills

  • Valid driver's license with daily access to a privately maintained and insured vehicle

  • Successful completion of the pre-employment process, including clearances and verifications
