Job description

Solugenix is assisting a client in their search for a Salesforce Financial Services Cloud Developer/Engineer (with AI Experience). This is a 6+ month contract opportunity based in Johnston, RI (Hybrid).

We are seeking a Salesforce Financial Services Cloud (FSC) Developer/Engineer with experience in Salesforce AI capabilities to design, build, and optimize intelligent solutions on the Salesforce platform. You will work closely with business and technology teams to deliver scalable, secure, and data-driven applications tailored to financial services use cases.
Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • Hands-on experience with Salesforce development (Apex, LWC, SOQL).
  • Experience working with Salesforce Financial Services Cloud.
  • Practical experience with Salesforce AI tools such as Einstein AI, Einstein GPT, or Data Cloud.
  • Strong understanding of Salesforce data model, security, and governance.
  • Experience building integrations using REST/SOAP APIs.
  • Familiarity with automation tools (Flows, Process Builder).
  • Understanding of AI/ML concepts and applying them within Salesforce environments.
  • Experience working in Agile development environments.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Salesforce certifications (e.g., Platform Developer I/II, FSC Accredited Professional, AI Associate or AI Specialist).
  • Experience in banking, wealth management, insurance, or fintech industries.
  • Familiarity with Data Cloud (Customer Data Platform) and real-time data integration.
  • Experience with DevOps tools (Git, CI/CD, Copado, or similar).
  • Knowledge of analytics tools such as Tableau or CRM Analytics.

Responsibilities:

  • Design, develop, and customize Salesforce Financial Services Cloud (FSC) solutions.
  • Configure standard FSC components such as Accounts, Contacts, Financial Accounts, and Household models.
  • Develop custom Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and integrations as required.
  • Implement automation using Flows and other Salesforce tools.
  • Integrate Salesforce with external systems (APIs, middleware, core banking platforms).
  • Leverage Salesforce AI tools (Einstein, Data Cloud, and GenAI capabilities) to build intelligent workflows, predictive insights, and personalized customer experiences.
  • Develop and embed AI-driven features such as next-best-action, recommendations, and automated insights.
  • Ensure data quality, governance, security, and compliance with financial regulations.
  • Support testing, deployment, and ongoing system enhancements.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business and AI-driven use cases into technical solutions.

Pay Range for CA, CO, IL, NJ, NY, WA, and DC: $70/hour to $80/hour. Starting rate of pay offered may vary depending on factors including but not limited to, position offered, location, education, training and/or experience.
