Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Required:
  • 2+ years of leading technical teams
  • .NET programming knowledge in C# (6+ years)
  • Proven ability to lead a project team and to work under minimal direction
  • Demonstrated understanding of application design, development, testing, integration and support within an SDLC framework.
  • Ability to successfully resolve application defects and document solutions within a knowledge base
  • Must be detail oriented and have demonstrated ability to take ownership of tasks, deliver on schedule, understand and manage priorities and raise risks/issues on a timely basis.
  • Agile experience; certification as a Scrum Master
  • Web Technologies: C#, ASP.NET, APIs, Angular.js (optional), SQL, CSS and Bootstrap
  • SQL (4+ years)
  • Proven track record providing excellent customer service while under pressure. Ability to handle multiple priorities.
  • Excellent communication skills.
