Job Title: Senior Java Lead Architect (Oracle ADF, JDeveloper, LDAP/OID, BPM)

Job Summary

The Senior Java Lead Architect will be responsible for designing, developing, and managing enterprise-level Java (J2EE) web applications. This role requires strong expertise in Oracle technologies, middleware components, and secure application development, particularly in environments handling sensitive data. The candidate will also provide technical leadership, mentorship, and guidance to development teams.


Key Responsibilities
  • Design, develop, and maintain Oracle Java (J2EE) web applications using Oracle ADF, SOA/BPM, and related middleware components

  • Lead architecture, development, and troubleshooting of complex web applications

  • Integrate applications with LDAP/Oracle Internet Directory (OID) and database security features such as VPD

  • Develop and maintain PL/SQL packages, procedures, views, and triggers

  • Configure ADF Business Components, data sources, and application security

  • Design and implement secure applications handling sensitive data

  • Develop and manage web services on Oracle WebLogic Server

  • Oversee all phases of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC)

  • Provide training, mentoring, and technical guidance to development teams

  • Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure scalable, secure, and efficient system architecture


Required Qualifications
  • Minimum 84 months (7 years) of experience as a Technical Architect designing, managing, and developing Oracle Java (J2EE) web applications using ADF, SOA/BPM, and related technologies

  • Minimum 84 months (7 years) of experience as a Lead Java Web Developer, including application design, development, maintenance, and troubleshooting

  • Strong experience integrating applications with LDAP/OID and database components such as VPD, PL/SQL packages, views, and triggers

  • Minimum 84 months (7 years) of experience using Oracle JDeveloper (9i, 10g, or higher), including ADF configuration and security setup

  • Minimum 60 months (5 years) of experience mentoring and training technical staff

  • Minimum 60 months (5 years) of experience working with Oracle ADF and Oracle BPM process flow integration

  • Minimum 60 months (5 years) of experience across all phases of the SDLC

  • Minimum 60 months (5 years) of experience developing secure Java applications handling sensitive data (e.g., healthcare-related systems)

  • Minimum 48 months (4 years) of experience writing complex SQL and PL/SQL packages, procedures, and functions

  • Minimum 48 months (4 years) of experience designing and maintaining web services on Oracle WebLogic Server


Education
