Job Description Summary
The Human Factors in Information Design graduate program at Bentley University is always interested in learning about qualified candidates for future openings. Based on the needs of the Department, we will actively source candidates from this applicant pool when hiring needs arise.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
Requires experience in web design, graphic design, or other UX design areas. Master's degree related to human factors or HCI.

In alignment with the Massachusetts Pay Transparency Act and our commitment to equity and transparency, we're sharing the salary grade range for this role.
Salary Range:
Compensation for adjunct faculty is governed by the collective bargaining agreement between Bentley University and the Service Employees International Union (SEIU) Local 509.
For the 2025-26 academic year, adjunct faculty are compensated at a rate of $7,225.00 per course.
Courses with labs and other four-credit courses shall will be compensated at a higher minimum rate of $9,333.00 per course.
