POINT SUMMIT 

Graphic Designer 

Position Type: Full-Time, On-Site 

Location: Clearwater, Florida 

Salary Range: $45,000 - $60,000 annually, depending on experience 

About Point Summit: Point Summit owns and operates a diverse portfolio of entertainment and recreation brands, including Snowcat Ridge, SCREAM-A-GEDDON, Indy Scream Park, White River Paintball, TreeHoppers Aerial Adventure Park, and other seasonal attractions. Our team creates memorable guest experiences through innovative attractions, immersive environments, and compelling marketing campaigns. 

Position Summary: The Graphic Designer will be responsible for producing high-quality visual content across multiple brands and venues. The primary focus of this role will be designing signage, environmental graphics, promotional materials, and social media creative that drive attendance, enhance the guest experience, and maintain brand consistency. 

Key Responsibilities 

  • Design park signage, directional signage, menus, banners, promotional displays, vehicle graphics, and large-format graphics. 
  • Prepare production-ready files for printers, fabricators, and sign vendors. 
  • Create engaging graphics and visual assets for social media platforms. 
  • Design print and digital collateral including flyers, brochures, posters, advertisements, email graphics, and website assets. 
  • Support ticket sales campaigns, special events, hiring initiatives, and promotional programs. 
  • Ensure all creative work aligns with established brand guidelines. 
  • Work closely with marketing, operations, and leadership teams to understand project objectives and deadlines. 
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining quality and attention to detail. 

Qualifications 

  • Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communications, or related field preferred. 
  • 2+ years of professional graphic design experience. 
  • Strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite. 
  • Experience designing large-format signage and preparing print-ready files. 
  • Strong understanding of social media creative best practices. 
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
