The North America Campaign Designer supports the development and execution of creative marketing assets across the US, Canada, and Mexico markets. SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES

This position has no supervisory responsibilities for this role.


ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Campaign Creative Development

  • Design creative assets supporting promotions, product launches, incentives, events, and marketing campaigns across North America.
  • Create email graphics, social media assets, website banners, presentation materials, event graphics, and related communication visuals.
  • Support campaign storytelling through cohesive visual design aligned with messaging objectives and audience needs.
  • Adapt creative assets across multiple formats, channels, and campaign touchpoints.

Email & Digital Design

  • Design responsive email layouts and supporting graphics optimized for desktop and mobile experiences.
  • Collaborate with the Email Marketing Manager to support effective email user experiences and visual consistency.
  • Help maintain scalable design systems and modular asset libraries for ongoing campaign efficiency.

Social Media & Audience Engagement Support

  • Create social media creative including static graphics, story assets, carousel designs, GIF concepts, and short-form campaign visuals.
  • Collaborate with the Social Media Manager and Communications team to ensure messaging and visual alignment across campaigns.
  • Help support audience engagement through visually compelling, platform-aware content.

Brand Consistency & Creative Collaboration

  • Ensure all creative assets remain aligned with LifeWave brand standards, campaign messaging, and compliance guidelines.
  • Collaborate closely with Communications Specialists to translate communication strategies into effective visual storytelling.
  • Participate in creative brainstorming and campaign planning discussions.
  • Review and refine creative assets based on stakeholder feedback while maintaining quality and consistency.

Workflow & Project Coordination

  • Manage multiple creative projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Help maintain organized asset libraries, working files, templates, and creative workflow.

QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE

  • Bachelor’s degree in graphic design, Visual Communications, Marketing Design, or related field preferred.
  • 2–5+ years of experience in graphic design, digital marketing design, campaign design, or related creative roles.
  • Strong portfolio demonstrating campaign design, email design, social media creative, and digital marketing assets.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite including Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign required.
  • Experience designing for email marketing, social media, web, and digital communications.
  • Strong understanding of branding, typography, layout, visual hierarchy, and audience engagement principles.
  • Familiarity with motion graphics, GIF creation, or short-form video content preferred.

Work Environment & Physical Demands

LifeWave will operate as an in-office organization, and all employees are required to work onsite in alignment with corporate policy. While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to work at a computer workstation and be mobile within the office. Occasional movement of up to 25 pounds may be required.
