Your Role in the Domino's Team-
Customer Service:
- Provide excellent customer service and leave a great lasting impression on our customers.
- Greet customers warmly and professionally at their doorsteps, addressing any concerns or special requests.
- Take orders over the phone and via the web, providing clear and concise information about their orders and estimated delivery times.
Delivery:
- Deliver our products to our amazing customers promptly and safely.
- Assemble orders and ensure they are packaged safely for delivery.
- Ensure the quality of products meets standards before delivery.
- Confirm vehicle is in safe working order before deliveries.
Food Preparation and Service:
- Prepare and package food products to standard during non-delivery times.
- Assist with food preparation and packaging, ensuring all items meet Domino's quality standards.
Operational Support:
- Conduct routine vehicle inspections and maintenance checks, reporting any issues promptly to management.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the delivery vehicle.
- Deliver flyers/hangers along your route to promote new products, deals, and services.
- Handle cash and card transactions accurately.
Team Support:
- Work as a team with coworkers to deliver outstanding guest experiences.
- Promote a respectful and inclusive team environment.
