Job Description Summary
•    Participate in team prioritization discussions with Product/Business stakeholders
•    Estimate and own delivery tasks (design, dev, test, deployment, configuration, documentation) to meet the business requirements
•    Automate build, operate, and run aspects of software
•    Drive code/design/process trade-off discussions within their team when required
•    Report status and manage risks within their primary application/service
•    Drive integration of services focusing on customer journey and experience
•    Perform demos/acceptance discussions in interacting with Product owners

The Dispute team is looking for a Software Engineer to drive our customer experience strategy forward by consistently innovating and problem-solving. The ideal candidate is passionate about the customer experience journey, highly motivated, intellectually curious, analytical, and possesses an entrepreneurial mindset.

Role
• Understanding and analyzing of business requirements for new development.
• Develop and deliver frontend/UI and backend software solutions for Dispute applications for our client.
• Work as part of an agile development team, optimizing value delivery
• Work with continuously evolving application and design, develop, support cloud native application components using industry best practices.
All About You
• Deep knowledge of modern web development tools and frameworks like Angular, languages like Javascript/Typescript
• Proven track record with developing front end user interfaces, skilled at CSS and layout techniques
• Passionate about UI frontend toolchains
• Strong experience with building self-testing code, techniques like TDD, ATDD/BDD
• Fast learner and curious about using modern engineering practices
• Soft skills: strong verbal and written communication skills; strong team player to mentor and support other team members, proactive and collaborative working style
Desirable
• Experience with UX design, wireframing and prototyping user interfaces
• Experience with other frameworks like React/Vue.js
• Experience on designing and developing backend services using Java, Spring Cloud, Spring Boot, Cloud Native platforms like PCF/Kubernetes/OpenShift.
