C & G Consulting, Inc. is seeking a mid-level Web and Digital Interface Designer ) to support the development, customization, integration, and optimization of Microsoft 365 collaboration environments supporting NAVSEA stakeholders. This role supports SharePoint Online, Microsoft Teams, Power Platform applications, and digital workflow solutions that improve collaboration, automate business processes, and enhance information management across the organization. The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of professional experience supporting Microsoft Teams, Microsoft 365, Power Apps, Power BI, and SharePoint environments. Responsibilities include SharePoint site administration, Teams integration, Power Automate workflow development, Power BI dashboard creation, content management, document organization, end-user support, and training. The position will also collaborate with NAVSEA , PEO Digital, and Flank Speed stakeholders to ensure solutions remain aligned with evolving requirements and governance policies. Required Qualifications: Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field
5+ years of relevant professional experience
Experience with Microsoft Teams, Microsoft 365, SharePoint, Power Apps, and Power BI Required Certifications/Courses: Microsoft 365 Fundamentals
