Job description

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES / DUTIES



  • Responsible for integrating several modules to create a web page.

  • Implements required configurations to activate the required modules for the web application / website.

  • Localises web application / website (where applicable) via backoffice / content management system (CMS).

  • Upload contents into the web application / website.

  • Performs webmastering (page setup) on imported contents.

  • Participates in End-to-End Testing with all required parties to ensure the web application / website is fit for purpose (including unit testing of own completed task).

  • Participates in User Acceptance Testing with client to ensure the web application / website is fit for use.

  • Participates in the Launch of the web application / website.

  • Ensures administration and maintenance of sites.

  • Creates/modifies contents, includes images and newsletters.

  • Manages multimedia Visual graphical interfaces and editorial content.

  • Ensures integration of multimedia elements.

  • Moderates the site and improves SEO.

  • Manages updating and archiving of web pages.

  • Provides workload estimation of assigned tasks and ensures delivery in agreed time frame.

  • Ensures alerts are raised proactively.

  • Abides to practices and processes across disciplines.

  • Ensures effective communication and promotes a sense of participation and involvement.

  • Any other duty related to your position, assigned by your reporting line.


REQUIREMENTS / QUALIFICATIONS


ACADEMIC BACKGROUND



  • Desired: Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Information and communications technology (ICT) or related field

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE


  • Proven experience in using Service management systems such as HPSAW, JIRA, ServiceNow

  • Proven ability to follow practices and processes to ensure high-quality support services to the clients.

  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Excel.

  • Desirable:

    • 1+ year of experience in IT or IS field
