The client needs an experienced WPS Lead developer with strong knowledge on the below: 

Java Webservices, IBM WebSphere Process Server, IBM WebSphere Integration Development, WebSphere Business Modeler, WebSphere Business Monitor 

BPEL, Mediation Flows, Business Space, Decision Tables or JRules 

Java, JEE, XML, XPATH, Web Service Expertise, MQ, JDBC, FTP adapters, Human Task, REST API's 

SOAP UI Testing, RTC, Eclipse, CVS, DB2

Good communication and presentation skills

Roles & Responsibilities:

The other responsibilities expected are: 

Liaise with the business & system analysts and understand the requirements 

Analyze Requirements and develop feasible solution for the given timeline and constraints. 

Follow the architecture & design standards framed by the client. Ownership and delivery of POC (Proof-of-concept) development. 

Perform unit testing of the code and ensure the code is error free. 

Based on the work involved provide an estimate for the work completion and ensure on-time delivery. 

Ability to provide Project Estimates with respect to client methodology. 

Who can roll the sleeves and make hands dirty - Hand on experience is must.
